Midas Business Solutions is seeking a proactive and reliable General Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our U.S.-based clients with administrative tasks. You will help our clients stay organized and efficient by handling day-to-day operations from a remote platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and tech-savvy, comfortable working independently to meet the needs of clients. This is a full-time position (5 days a week) aligning with U.S. business hours, so the ability to work night shifts (Bangladesh time) is required.

Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist

Midas Business Solutions, a California-based virtual assistant company, is hiring a Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist for a dual role split roughly 50/50 between two areas. This is a remote, full-time position on US business hours.

Half your time is spent on marketing for Midas — running our Google and Meta ad campaigns and email marketing to grow the business.

The other half is spent supporting one of our clients — a US-based 3PL (third-party logistics) company that serves multiple e-commerce businesses — with their fulfillment operations and technical support.

We're looking for someone technically sharp and versatile, who can switch between creative marketing work and hands-on operational problem-solving. Marketing experience is required; we'll train you on the 3PL/operations side.
