1. Excellent written and spoken English. You will communicate directly with US business owners and their US customers every day. Your writing represents their brand. “Good” English isn’t enough — you need native-level fluency in writing and near-native fluency in speaking. If you’ve ever had an American ask you to repeat yourself, or if your written English requires editing by someone else before it goes to a client, this role is not for you.

2. Genuine ownership of the client’s business as your own. You will be assigned to one US client long-term. Their problems become your problems. Their revenue goals become yours. Their 10 PM crisis is one you want to help solve, not one you resent being pulled into. This role is not for someone looking for a predictable 9-to-5 with no emotional investment. It’s for someone who takes pride in making a business run better.

About the Role

Midas Business Solution hires skilled remote professionals to work full-time with US-based e-commerce clients. We’re hiring a Shopify E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to join a growing team supporting US Shopify store owners running $25K–$500K/month businesses.

You will become a real operational teammate for a US client — owning outcomes across customer service, marketing execution, 3PL coordination, and reporting. You’ll use AI as a thinking partner to work faster and sharper than a traditional VA could. You will work exclusively with US clients, during US business hours, in a dedicated long-term assignment.

Midas is looking for confident, natural female on-camera presenters to star in short-form videos about our services, made for a US audience on social media. These aren't traditional acting roles. The videos should feel like authentic, user-generated content: real, relatable and easy to watch for American viewers.

You'll get a script, and your job is to make it sound like your own words, as if you're recommending something to a friend. All shoots happen in a professional studio with proper lighting and sound, so you can focus entirely on your performance. Each shoot day covers 8–10 videos, each about one minute long, and pays ৳8,000+.

Midas Business Solutions is looking for a motivated and confident Remote Contractual Client Hunter to generate qualified appointments with small and mid sized US businesses. You will focus on promoting our Virtual Assistant Services with a strong emphasis on Odoo Developer support.

This is a performance based contractual role where you must find your own leads, conduct outbound cold calls to US businesses during US daytime hours and book qualified appointments. We will provide an IP phone system so you can call directly from home.

You will be paid 1000 BDT per qualified appointment that meets our criteria.

We're hiring a B2B Paid Ads Specialist to own our paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn. You'll be building, launching, and optimizing campaigns targeting US small and mid-size business owners — with the specific goal of driving booked discovery calls with our sales team.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only role. You'll be in the ad accounts every day, reading numbers, killing what doesn't work, and scaling what does. You'll partner with our in-house designer/content writer to brief creative and iterate on what converts. You'll report directly to the founder.

Midas Business Solutions is looking for a remote Web Developer who can communicate confidently with clients and take ownership of website projects from requirements to launch.

You will design, build, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain business websites and online stores across platforms based on each client's needs. Strong WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor skills are required. Experience with platforms such as Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, or Webflow is an advantage, along with the willingness and ability to learn new tools.

Project requirements and complexity will vary. We value strong design judgment, practical coding skills, independent problem-solving, careful testing, and reliable delivery.

Excellent spoken and written English and a portfolio demonstrating your own work are mandatory.
